hi everyone. i have cleared my cache a couple of times but rankings are still not refreshing. does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this cheers

Same here, kangabrat. Im running Android on Brave browser and no update rankings. Uncertain about what is going to be tried next

That rating problem is not cache related, in fact that would be impossible given the way the http protocol works.

In my 18! years of playing IronSudoku, my rankings have failed to update 2-3 times. Each time I emailed Dr. God, and the issue was resolved.

Like Diane, when my rankings failed to update, I contacted Dr God via the Contact Dr God link at the bottom of the page and a day or two later everything was fine. After the most recent server update, I think Dr God is busy, but he will address the issue.

Ive tried to send emails to Dr. God and they are bouncing. I would think he is working on the issue.
